I have a memory of Gary Haines and I trying to help tie chains on someone's car at Vishnu in the winter of '72-'73 with shoestrings and other stuff we could find so that they could get up the ice-covered hill...but it never worked. I'm pretty sure that was John S's car. I think whoever I rode with to get there had parked on top, and I remember slipping and sliding up the stairs to get to our vehicle. Crazy times! Thanks for reminding me of it!

Great to hear the familiar names of John S. and Ryan. I remember them (and many others) from going to Vishnu a few times in 1972-1973.
